The room has a halogen generator that pulverizes the pharmaceutical type of salt and blows it into the room to create a unique microclimate.

The room is antibacterial and non-allergenic. When customers inhale super-concentrated salt, the salt adheres to the mucous membranes in the sinuses and lungs, reducing viscosity and expelling the mucus. Salt is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, making it a natural expectorant. With repeated sessions, the inflammation is reduced, which allows for the release of any trapped mucus or congestion.

Every session takes 45 min.

We initially recommend that you complete 5 therapies.

Sessions should be spaced on close dates to maximize effect. After the first 5 sessions, clients experience less congestion, breathe better, sleep better, have fewer headaches from sinus pressure and use the inhaler less (asthma)

Most of our clients simply relax in our halotherapy room. You can lean back in your chair, meditate, do breathing exercises and even take a nap.

The sauna is a private room for a maximum of 2 people.

We have towels, robes and flip-flops that you can rent if needed. However, you can bring your own towel.

You are welcome to bring a water bottle, it can be filled up with filtered water at our place.

When you buy a sauna or salt therapy subscription, you must bring your own things, such as a towel, robe and drinking bottle.

Subscription is a cheap solution and you have the opportunity to do treatments frequently, therefore there is a need to take your own change of clothes and towel, so as not to strain our washing machine.

Q: Can I cancel a clip card purchased through House of Salt Spa?

A: Yes, you can cancel a shave card purchased through House of Salt Spa within 14 days of purchase by contacting us, unless the card has been used. The cutting card purchased through House of Salt Spa has no expiration date, allowing flexibility for your wellness needs. However, once the card has been used, it cannot be refunded. If you have any concerns or need help canceling a purchase, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist you. Also, please note that while unused items purchased in-store are refundable, services already provided are non-refundable.
